Heathere Evans, PCC, APR
Leadership Coach | Advisor | Facilitator
Beginning her career as a reporter and spending nearly two decades as an award-winning communications consultant turned executive coach, Evans is an expert in helping individuals and companies expand into their next level of growth and potential.
After a personal journey in 2013 set her on a path of self-discovery, Evans fused together her career in strategic communications with postgraduate studies in advanced psychology, human development, physics, philosophy, neurobiology, and the science of consciousness to create a unique blend of services that transform the way individuals and organizations communicate and lead.
Her approach, when applied to organizational effectiveness, has a profound effect. Individuals and organizations become more connected, intelligent, wholehearted versions of themselves. Clear, authentic communication becomes the norm, and greater trust, psychological safety, and wellbeing emerge across the workforce.
Her client list includes entrepreneurs and executives in high-tech, telecom, healthcare, entertainment, biosciences, higher education, environment, and government who hire her to coach leaders, facilitate events, create learning and development programs for employees, and reshape corporate messaging and delivery.
A member of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching and former Washington PR Woman of the Year, Evans holds leadership roles on professional committees across the globe and has served fellow entrepreneurs, young professionals, and women and children’s causes for decades. She founded a member-run organization to support independent business owners and served on the Board of Directors as President of the largest chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
She is also a guest lecturer at leading academic institutions and a sought-after speaker on business, success, leadership, communications, and how to become your best self.
Evans lives in Hermosa Beach, CA, practices Transcendental Meditation (TM) and yoga daily, and has the great joy of being mom to two bright young adult daughters.
